摘要:
于2014―2016年连续3年夏季对三亚鹿回头岸礁海域表层海水进行了亚硝酸盐(NO2-N)、硝酸盐(NO3-N)、铵盐(NH4-N)、活性磷酸盐(SRP)、硅酸盐(SiO3)等营养盐分布特征,以及叶绿素a、溶解氧(DO)等水质指标的调查,探究该岸礁的营养盐特征及其对珊瑚礁生态系统产生的可能影响。结果表明:在2014、2015、2016年夏季,总溶解性无机氮(DIN)的调查结果平均浓度分别为2.941、1.766、23.428 μmol/L,SRP的调查平均浓度分别为0.493、0.419、0.143 μmol/L,叶绿素a调查的平均质量浓度分别为2.304、1.190、1.251 mg/m3;SiO3只有2015、2016年的调查结果,平均浓度分别为10.275、8.506 μmol/L。2014―2016年该海域夏季营养盐总体浓度较高,呈现上升的趋势,可能和人类活动增加有关,其中DIN的浓度相对较高,N/P呈现上升的趋势,氮污染不断增加,推测主要来自陆源工农业生产过程中排放的污染物质。较高的营养物质输入可能引起珊瑚礁生态系统的群落结构发生改变,对珊瑚礁生态系统的稳定可能产生不利影响。
